Who's The Green Gamer!?

Our story begins with a thought of how can we support those who have fun and creative lifestyles and combine them with awesome products? So then The Green Gamer was created! We sell themed products for those in the gaming, anime, and tech communities who want to have stylish items on either their desk or what they wear.

• What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?
• Finding my products, but I have experience with dropshipping so I was able to overcome that.
• What worked really well when using our platform?
• The ability to edit and customize my products even after they have been imported into my store.
• What could be improved when using our platform?
• It can be overwhelming for those new to setting up their store for the first time without help. I would possibly have a tip/tutorial helper guide a new merchant through the basic steps to be able to publish their site. Just enough to get them through their first sale and then offer other resources to assist them with more in depth store building. 
• How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?
• I can definitely feel the overwhelming stress a merchant could have when using a platform as expansive as Shopify's. There is a lot to take in and understand. I would like to help merchants find simpler ways for them to overcome that anxiety. By providing steps or an "assisted mode" on how they can start building their store easily. This can increasing the merchants knowledge on how to progress their store even more independently.
• What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?
• It takes time to create and build a store from scratch. I know from personal experience, that I had to plan how I wanted to have my store look and what items I was going to sell. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication when becoming an entrepreneur, as well as aiming to have a successful store/business.
